Seasons 52 Opens in Bridgewater

The Bridgewater Commons Mall is getting a new eatery with a seasonally inspired menu.

Seasons 52, a chain that changes its menu four times a year, and lists the calories in each dish, has opened at 410 Commons Way, Bridgewater Commons Mall, Bridgewater. Menu selections include crisp signature flatbreads, cedar-plank roasted salmon, oak-grilled filet mignon and a range of mini indulgence desserts. Wines are chosen to complement the seasonal cuisine and feature more than 100 selections with 52 available by the glass. Lactose/dairy sensitive, sodium friendly, gluten sensitive, vegetarian and vegan menus are available. There are also locations in Cherry Hill, Edison and Princeton.

Green Dragon Sushi Bar and Asian Cuisine has opened at 19-01 Fair Lawn Avenue, Fair Lawn (201-773-8395); BYO.

Kid Rip’s Tap & Tavern, with 32 beers on tap, has opened at 115 S. Black Horse Pike, Runnemede (856-312-8811).

Madison Café & Grill, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner has opened at 6 Madison Avenue, Cresskill (201-266-6584); BYO.

Pirch, an upscale retail store that sells kitchen, bath and laundry items, has opened at the Garden State Plaza in Paramus. Check their website  for upcoming events.

Burgers, chicken, cheesesteaks and sides are served at the newly opened Route 66 Stuffed Burgers, 492 Joline Avenue, Long Branch (732-222-5777).

Visitors to Cape May have a new dining option with the opening of That’s Amore at 301 Washington Street, Cape May (609-898-3663). Their house specialty, which is offered daily, is Sunday Gravy with sausage, meatballs and shredded pork over penne as well as rice balls stuffed with mozzarella and lightly fried.

The Table Restaurant, offering Caribbean and soul food, has opened at 65 S. Orange Avenue, #B, South Orange (973-288-2383); BYO.

RECENT CLOSINGS

Union Landing, Brielle, has been sold and will be reopening as Waypoint 622 this spring.

    I wanted to buy a Carvel Cake and called Schlotzsky’s/Carvel in Englewood – near Denny’s and Shoprite (the one that charges you to use a shopping cart) and the number was disconnected. Is it gone?
