This chain restaurant features grass-fed beef without hormones and antibiotics. Along with burgers menu items include hot dogs, veggie burger, hand-cut fries, onion rings, and frozen custard.

Tavern 5, a casual family restaurant featuring seasonal American dining, has opened at 710 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains (973-835-1426). Executive chef is Anthony LoPinto.
