Chicken, beef gyro or falafel sandwiches and platters and chicken over rice will be on the menu when the Halal Guys Gyro and Chicken opens this fall at 72 Halsey Street in Newark. All ingredients are fresh, never frozen, including high-quality, responsibly sourced halal meats; marinated and seasoned overnight that are cooked on a grill.
