Rock the Boat at Bi-State Craft Beer Festival

The event will take place in New Jersey and Delaware, and feature brews from both sides of the river.

BI-STATE CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL
On Saturday, September 10, a bi-state craft beer festival will be held on the lawn at the Cape May Ferry Terminal (New Jersey) and the lawn of the Lewes Ferry Terminal (Delaware). Hosted by the Delaware Brewers Guild and the Garden State Craft Brewers Guild, Brews By The Bay will feature 40 plus breweries from New Jersey and Delaware. Start in NJ where the event will be held from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM and then jump on the ferry, and head to Delaware’s festival which starts at 4 PM. Rain or shine. Tickets will be on sale the day of the event at the gate or at the event website.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31
PEAY VINEYARD WINE DINNER AT THE PLUCKEMIN INN
The Pluckemin Inn, 359 Route 206 South, Bedminster will host a Peay Vineyard wine dinner with special guest Andy Peay. 7 PM; $125. Reservations: 908-658-9292.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3
WEST CAPE MAY TOMATO FESTIVAL
Everything tomato will be featured at the West Cape May Tomato Festival which will be held at Wilbraham Park, West Cape May. This event will benefit the West Cape May Shade Tree Commission. 9 AM to 5 PM; Rain date September 4

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9
FOODTRUCK FRIDAY IN HOPEWELL
Ten food trucks will gather at Hopewell’s Train station from 5 to 9 PM for the final Foodtruck Friday. In attendance will be: Antimos Italian Kitchen, Cupcake Carnivale, Curbside Creamery, Dos Hermanos Tacos, The Empanada Guy, Four Daughters Franks, Oink and Moo BBQ, Surf and Turf Truck, The Tot Cart and Try Vegan. This event is rain or shine. Bring your picnic blankets, lawn chairs, and your friends, but leave your beer and wine at home, as there is no alcohol permitted on the grounds of the train station. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10 AND SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 11
ATLANTIC CITY SEAFOOD FESTIVAL
Over 50 restaurants will participate in the Atlantic City Seafood Festival which will be held at Bader Field, 600 Albany Avenue, Atlantic City. This event will benefit the Community FoodBank of New Jersey and Gilda’s Club South Jersey. Some activities include cooking demonstrations, wine seminars and tastings, beer tasting tent, Phillips Seafood crab-eating competition and a chowder cook off. Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM; Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM; $5; under 12 free.
