Michael Carrino, previously chef/owner of Passionne in Montclair, will open Pig & Prince, a Gastro lounge and restaurant at 1 Lackawanna Plaza, Montclair, this summer. The restaurant will feature creative unpretentious modern American cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients.
