Peter Case is the executive chef at Vineyards Restaurant, 3619 Rt 94, Hardyston (973-209-0500).



Giacomo (Jack) Mistretta is the new executive chef at Napa Valley Grille, Garden State Plaza, Paramus (201-845-5555).

Patrick Pierre-Jerome is no longer at Vineyards Restaurant, Hardyston.

Ken Trickilo is no longer at Napa Valley Grille, Paramus, but is working with the company on a new concept.
