Craig Shelton has been named culinary director for Landmark Hospitality, owned by Frank and Jeanne Cretella, which is the parent company for Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren, Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City, Crave Caterers, the Valiant (a 97-foot yacht available for catered private events), and several other holdings.
Mike Ventura, formerly of the Porter House in Montvale, is the executive chef at the Elysian Cafe, 1001 Washington St, Hoboken (201-798-5898).
