Chefs on the Move

Rosie has the latest news on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

Milton Enriquez, formerly of The Fig Tree and a short time at Amanda’s, both in Hoboken, is no longer at Amanda’s.

Anthony Lo Pinto is the new executive chef at Esty Street, 86 Spring Valley Road, Park Ridge (201-307-1515). Chef Adam Weiss who was at Esty Street for 12 years and named Ultimate Chef of Bergen County in 2013 was replaced last spring by Chris Curado, who was formerly at Chakra in Paramus.

Rob Santello
previously from Alta in NYC is the chef de cuisine at Cibo E Vino, 603 Mattison Ave, Asbury Park (732-576-2200).David Syminuik is the executive chef at Cibo E Vino. Syminuik also remains as executive chef at Fish in Asbury Park.
