Daryl Esteves is the head chef at End of Elm, 140 Morris St, Morristown (973-998-4534).

Frank Falivene, previously from Moonshine Supper Club in Millburn, is the executive chef at Taste Bar & Bistro, 399 Rt 10 East, Randolph (973-361-9048).

Timothy Fischer is the new executive chef at Crystal Springs Resort, One Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg (973-827-5996 Ext 3). Chef Fischer will oversee all the resort’s restaurants and menu development, work directly with four-star Restaurant Latour’s chef John Benjamin, as well as design menus for events in Latour’s award-winning 135,000 bottle wine cellar, Grand Cascades Lodge’s Crystal Tavern and the resort’s seasonal outdoor Chef’s Garden restaurant. He will also supervise the resort’s new organic farm and the currently-being-developed culinary education program, which will include cooking classes, wine courses and farm programs. Chef Fischer comes to Crystal Springs from the Hotel Donaldson in Fargo, ND, where he was executive chef and a semi-finalist for James Beard’s Best Chef: Midwest Award. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. During his 25 year career, Fischer has worked alongside Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, George Mahaffey (The Little Nell, Aspen, CO) and Patrick O’Connell (The Inn at Little Washington, VA) .

Rich Giacalone, previous chef/owner of Trattoria Fresco, is the executive chef Forest Hill Field Club, 9 Belleville Ave, Bloomfield (973-743-1255).

Jaime Gutierrez is the chef de cuisine at J&K Steakhouse, The Siena, 44 Church St, Montclair (973-746-7800); BYO.

Gina Jackson-Beale is the head chef at Cafe 44 Fusion, 44 Leigh Ave, Princeton (609-924-3900), a cash only BYO.

Steven Lin is the chef/owner of Megu Sushi, 5214 Atlantic Ave, Ventnor City (609-289-8693); BYO.

Jonathan Vakusich is the executive chef at Just Restaurant, 2280 Route 9 South, Old Bridge (732-707-4800).

Jarod Zelaya is the chef/owner of J&K Steakhouse, 44 Church St, Montclair (973-746-7800). He also owns the locations in Dover and Morristown.
