On Saturday, April 23 and Sunday, April 24, executive chef Scott Anderson chef/owner of Elements, 66 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, welcomes chef Shinobu Namae from L’Effervescence in Tokyo, Japan. L’Effervescence has been ranked in the top-100 restaurants in the world and top-15 in Asia by the the Diners Club Academy and has received two-Michelin stars.
