The New Jersey Food & Wine Festival will be held at Crystal Springs Resort, 1 Wild Turkey Way in Hamburg, Friday, March 31 through Sunday, April 2. This year’s guest of honor will be Daniel Boulud, a legendary chef who has won four James Beard Awards. Proceeds will benefit the James Beard Foundation, based in New York.
