Chef Scott Cutaneo, owner of Equus Tavern and Claremont Tavern, both in Bernardsville, will prepare an elegant dinner centered around Fosterfields’ heirloom vegetables, grass-fed meat and poultry, and items from artisans based within a small radius of the farm.
