MORTON’S THE STEAKHOUSE CELEBRATES 35TH ANNIVERSARY WITH SPECIAL EDITION WINE & MENU
To celebrate its 35th anniversary, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Riverside Square Mall, One Riverside Square, Hackensack (201-487-1303) and Morton’s The Steakhouse–Atlantic City, Caesars Casino Hotel, 2100 Pacific Ave, Atlantic City (609-449-1044), are thanking patrons with a limited-time, anniversary menu and special-edition wine called Sbragia, “State & Rush” Merlot, 2012 made exclusively by the Sbragia Family Vineyards in Napa.

Through July 6, guests can enjoy the following menu for $35 and wine for $16 per glass or $64 per bottle, while supplies last: Appetizer: Choice of Morton’s salad / Caesar salad / cup of baked, five-onion soup. Entrée: Choice of 6 oz. filet / honey-chili glazed salmon / chicken Bianco. Side: Choice of: Chicago horseradish mashed potatoes / sauteed broccoli florets. Dessert: Choice of chocolate mousse / Key Lime pie.

SCARLET-TINI AT THE HELDRICH, NEW BRUNSWICK

Through July, in honor of the martini, and National Martini Day, which was celebrated on June 19, The Heldrich, 10 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick (732-214-2207) will be offering the Scarlet-Tini in honor of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. The drink is made with 1½ ounces of Finlandia Cranberry Vodka and ½ ounce of Triple Sec, which is shaken, poured over ice and topped with champagne.

NEW JERSEY STATE BARBEQUE CHAMPIONSHIP

The NJ state Barbeque Championship and and Anglesea Blues Festival will be held in North Wildwood at 2nd and Olde New Jersey Avenues. Feast on ribs, chicken, brisket and pork while listening to music and watch barbeque teams from around the country show off their grill skills and vie for the title Grand Champion. JERSEY SHORE WINE FESTIVAL
Celebrate wines from NJ at the Jersey Shore Wine Festival, which will be held from noon to 6 PM on the Boardwalk in front of the Tropicana Casino & Resort, 2831 Boardwalk, Atlantic City. Guests will have 300 NJ wines to sample or purchase by the bottle or case. Tropicana’s boardwalk eateries will participate, including Casa Taco & Tequila Bar, Perry’s Pizza, Tony Luke’s, and Chickie’s & Pete’s.
