BREAKING NEWS: Frank Falivene Named Executive Chef at Rails Steakhouse

Frank Falivene, whose impressive credentials include opening Ora in Morristown, executive chef at Moonshine in Millburn and Taste Bar & Bistro in Randolph, has been named the new executive chef at the soon-to-open Rails Steakhouse, 10 White Hall Road, Towaco. A sous chef has not yet been named.

Rails, a dramatic three-story restaurant, will have a speakeasy in the basement, as well as a beef-aging room, wine cellar, cheese room, two party rooms and a prep kitchen that can be reserved for private events. There are also bars, dining areas, and event spaces on the first and second floors. The dining room on the first floor faces an open kitchen and seats 85.
