The New Jersey Restaurant & Hospitality Association will host their Annual Awards Gala on November 30 at the Stone House in Stirling Ridge, Warren.
This year’s winners are:
Restaurateur of the Year: Steve Bidgood of Salt Creek Grille, Rumson & Princeton
Deborah Roy Dowdell Lifetime Achievement Award: Donald Horn, Mayfair Farms, West Orange
Gold Plate Awards: Michael Cetrulo, owner of Scalini Fedeli, (Chatham), Il Mondo Vecchio (Madison), Sirena Ristorante (Long Branch) and Joanne Szibdat, of Mayfair Farms, West Orange
Hospitality Award: Chef/owner George Krytatas of SweetWater Bar & Grill, Cinnaminson
The New Jersey Restaurant & Hospitality Association represents 25,000 eating and drinking establishments. The Annual Awards Gala, a black tie event, was created to honor the winners and celebrate the NJ restaurant and hospitality industries.
