LOOKING AHEAD
Table Hopping With Rosie was thrilled to hear that chef Gregory Torrech and his business partner, Noah Sexton will open Union Republic this spring in downtown Jersey City. If their names sound familiar, it is because they were the owners of MAE in Jersey City, which I wrote about here: http://njmonthly.com/blogs/tablehopwithRosie/2012/8/1/restaurant-news.html/ Their progressive American café/grocery will offer a coffee program using Intelligentsia, ramen, market sandwiches, including the MAE burger, salads and small plates.
