Executive chef Mitchell Altholz has introduced a new Highlawn Pavilion lunch menu that includes a fresh selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees.Options include: yellowfin tuna tartare; Greek-style baby arugula salad; open-faced smoked-salmon sandwich; Parisienne cobb salad with Griggstown chicken; Highlawn burger; duo of shrimp and petite crab cakes; and grilled salmon filet with ratatouille and roasted garlic sauce.
