New Jersey’s blueberries have started to come into markets statewide and, with the Fourth of July just around the corner, you know that means sweet corn will be at farm stands soon, too.
What else is sprouting? New restaurants. Over at Hudson Lights in Fort Lee, there are a couple of new projects in the works.
A new Bean & Bean is planned for the complex at 2030 Hudson Street. The pastry cafe is an offshoot of Bean & Bean in New York City. Expect sweets and more three meals a day. http://www.beannbean.com
In addition, another New York City favorite—Mamoun’s—will be coming to Hudson Lights. Name familiar to you? It’ll be a branch of the venerable Greenwich Village falafel house.
