Barrel Tasting Event at Autumn Lake Winery

This winery is opening their Barrel Center to give guests a taste of vintages that are still aging. Experts will go over the winemaking process as guests sample seven wines from the barrel. Autumn Lake’s wines will also be available for purchase. Groups are limited to six people. $20; tickets can be bought online. 11 am–5 pm.

Dining Out Jersey Foodie Expo at The Terrace

Paramus • July 15

Experience a variety of cuisine at Jersey Foodie Expo, taking place at The Terrace in Paramus from 6–10 pm. In the main ballroom, find fine dining dishes, wine tastings and delicacies; in the side ballroom, a Farmers Market; and on the rooftop, barbecue from local pitmasters. Vendors include The Brick House from Wyckoff, Guerreiro Gelato from Montclair and Oiso BBQ Pit from Fort Lee. $55 per person; tickets must be bought online.

Sips of Summer: A Cocktail Experience at Morton’s The Steakhouse

Casamigos Tequila is the beverage of choice for cocktail night at Morton’s. The four-course menu will be paired with handcrafted, specialty cocktails made with Casamigos. Pairings include Tequila Shrimp Street Tacos and a Watermelon Mint Margarita; Carne A La Parrilla and a Summertime Paloma; Shrimp & Crab Campechana with a New Fashioned; and a Chocolate-Ancho Chile Torte with Smoky Cinnamon Horchata. $99; buy tickets online.

St. Patrick’s Day: Rescheduled at Asbury Ale House

Asbury Park • July 30

Having been unable to celebrate in 2020, Asbury Ale House has rescheduled its St. Patrick’s Day bash to late July. The festivities will include green beer, as well as classic Irish dishes such as corned beef and cabbage. A DJ will perform starting at 10 pm, and the ale house confidently predicts that “Shenanigans will be had.” $10 per person; buy tickets online.
