Beach Plum Farm Dinner Series Comes to Cape May

A farm-to-table dinner series will be held in November, featuring the farm's fresh meats, poultry, herbs and vegetables.

A Farm-to-table dinner series will be held on November 4, 11 and 18 at the 62 acre Beach Plum Farm, 140 Stevens Street, West Cape May, featuring the farm’s fresh meats, poultry, herbs and vegetables. Each week’s menu will be crafted by Beach Plum Farm’s chef Todd Phillips along with visiting chefs. The family-style dinners beginning at 6:30 with passed hors d’oeuvres are $75 plus tax and gratuity; BYO. For reservations and information, visit their website.

NORTHERN ITALY: A REGIONAL EXPLORATION TASTING
On Thursday, November 4, a Northern Italy tasting (Friuli, Veneto and Piedmont) will be held at the Farm Cooking School, GPS address, 1925 Daniel Bray Highway (Rt 29), Stockton, with wine educator Carol A. Berman, owner of Class in a Glass. Chef Shelley Wiseman will prepare a hearty risotto, turkey tonnato and a northern Italian sausage and pasta dish, which will be served at the end of the tasting to be enjoyed with your favorite sips of the evening. 6 PM; $100.
