Rosie is often asked to participate in food discussion panels and has served as a judge for food competitions, including Ultimate Chef Bergen County and TV's Throw Down! With Bobby Flay.
The Stockton Inn chef will present “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” five-course dinner with wines at the James Beard House on January 28.

Ryland Inn Still Dazzles

Dining at the Ryland Inn is always special. The venue is gorgeous throughout the year, however at Christmas it seems a bit more glamorous and distinctive.
