Rosie Saferstein brought Table Hopping to New Jersey Monthly in 2001 and wrote it through the end of 2016. She now posts her Rosie Report in Table Hopping on the last Friday of each month. Rosie is often asked to participate in food discussion panels and has served as a judge for food competitions, including Ultimate Chef Bergen County and TV's Throw Down! With Bobby Flay.
